This marketing site collects as little as it can. We use a cookieless analytics service that records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you to other sites, which is also why there is no cookie banner on this page.

When you contact us

If you email us or request a demo, we keep what you send, your name, your email address, your practice, and anything you tell us about your setup, so that we can reply and follow up. We use it for that. We do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

If you book through our scheduling provider, that booking is handled by them under their own privacy policy, and they receive the details you enter into their form.

Patient data in the product

This is separate from the website. If your practice uses Molar, patient information is processed on your behalf under a business associate agreement, and your practice remains the covered entity. Patient data is not used to advertise, is not sold, and is not used to train models for third parties.

Patients: if you received a text or a form link from a dental practice using Molar, that practice controls your records. Contact them directly about your information, and they can reach us.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we’ll tell you.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, unless we’re required to keep it.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
